Return and Exchange Policy
Exchange
We gladly accept exchanges within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
* In its original condition
* Unworn, unwashed, and unused
* Free from any damage, stains, perfume, or odors
* Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Please note that customers will be responsible for exchange shipping fees.
To request an exchange, please contact us through our page and provide your order details. Further instructions will be provided once your request is confirmed.
Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your exchange after we receive the item.
Return
NO RETURNS. Upon delivery, you are welcome to inspect and try on your item while the courier is still present. If you decide it is not suitable, simply return it to the courier on the spot.
Orders containing multiple items cannot be partially accepted or returned. Customers must accept or return the entire order as a whole. Partial acceptance or returns of individual items are not allowed.
